Craig Hazen, R.Ph.
Craig has been a pharmacist for nearly thirty years. He graduated from the University of Utah and practiced in various locations in the Ogden area before settling in at The Medicine Shoppe. He has a loyal following of customers and patients who consider him a friend. He enjoys fly-fishing so if you need any advice on medication or fishing, he's your man! He is concerned about the future of pharmacy and has been actively involved in leadership positions in the Utah Pharmaceutical Association. Come talk to Craig. You'll be glad you did!

Maren Baumgartner, PharmD
Maren received her education at Creighton University, graduating in 2006 with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She returned to practice with her father, Craig Hazen, at their family-owned Medicine Shoppe pharmacy. She and Craig have worked hard to provide their patients and customers a friendly, helpful place to fill their prescriptions. They are a fixture in the neighborhood and provide many services, including delivery, flu vaccinations, Medicare billing for diabetic supplies, and special ordering. Jennifer Calder, RPh
We have also added compounding services to the pharmacy. Jennifer Calder and Kim Lovato have recently joined the staff to provide this service. We can compound anything you can think of and would be glad to answer any questions about compounding. Do you have trouble swallowing pills? Does your child dislike the tatse of his medicine? Are you allergic to dyes or preservatives? Are you lactose intolerant? Do you experience side effects when you utilize a medication in a particular dosage form (ie, oral) and would you be willing to try a topical form of the drug?
